NORSE Labs offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on direct purchases of DVPN Plus subscriptions. This page describes the exceptions to that guarantee and the practical steps to request a refund.
Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable
We cannot refund payments made in cryptocurrency. Crypto transactions are non-reversible by design, and we cannot return the original asset to your wallet at the exchange rate at which the purchase was made. By paying in crypto you acknowledge that the purchase is final.
Refund window: 14 calendar days
Refund requests must reach us within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this window cannot be honoured, regardless of payment method or subscription length.
Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store
If you purchased your subscription through Google Play (Google Play Billing) or Apple's In-App Purchase (StoreKit), the refund is handled by the respective platform — not by NORSE Labs. We do not receive your payment directly and therefore do not have the ability to issue a refund for these transactions.
- Google Play: Submit a refund request through Google's official refund flow at support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637 .
- Apple App Store: Submit a refund request through reportaproblem.apple.com .
How to request a refund
For eligible purchases (paid directly via card, bank transfer, or PayPal), email support@norselabs.io with your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
